Service Description
Calling all athletes ages 12+ Sports Performance Training helps athletes prepare for the upcoming season and reaching their peak potential. This program can give the athlete a leg up in their sport. Which can be the difference between making the team, more playing time or an athletic college scholarship. Program Focus: Speed & Agility Training- speed and change of direction are important in all sports. Development includes training ladder work, cone drills and sprinting. Balance & Coordination- During sports an athlete is on 1-leg 90% of the time! Single leg strength and balance are foundations of sports movement. Core Strength- helps stabilize the spine and trunk during Sports, which helps maximize balance and athletic performance. Conditioning- A stronger muscle performs longer which improves conditioning. Injury Prevention- This type of program will better prepare boys and girls for the demands of practice and competition, decreasing the likelihood of injury.
