Service Description
Group sessions focus on conditioning and full body strength. Workouts use a Gym Timer with designated work/rest time. An entire workout takes 40 minutes. The group atmosphere is great for accountability and motivation! Being surrounded by others pushing themselves to become stronger is contagious and will give you the muscle burning, sweat dripping workout you've been looking for!
