Service Description

1-1 Training is for those who are new to strength training, have a specific goal or prefer a private setting. A Custom Program is designed based on the strength goals you have. Sessions are 45 minutes. 2-3 sessions per week. Nutritional Guidance is provided. Spouse or Partnered sessions are an option! $45/session TRAINING FOR A 5K, MARATHON OR SPORT NEW TO STRENGTH TRAINING FAT LOSS FOR AN UPCOMING VACATION OR WEDDING PERFORMANCE GOAL - EXAMPLE - 10 PULL-UPS
